Chatswood is a major business and residential district in the Lower North Shore of Sydney, in NSW, a mere 10 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district.

Chatswood’s social scene has exploded in recent years with the addition of The Concourse, a cultural hub with a concert hall, theatre, impressive library and a selection of restaurants.
Gaining popularity as a cultural hub in the North, apartment and townhouse living accounts for around 65 per cent of dwellings. The remaining free-standing homes are in hot demand, particularly the restored period homes in the streets surrounding Beauchamp Park in the suburb’s north.

Art classes are held at the Regency Tower, in the heart of Chatswood and a few minutes walk from public transportation. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, the library and free 3-hour parking can be found at the Westfield Shopping Centre.
