Cancellation and Refund Policy
Les Petits Painters reserves the right to amend any class, session, tutor, or schedule at any time. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide a substitute class or tutor of equal standing.
If a class or term is cancelled because of insufficient enrollments, we will contact any student already enrolled and arrange for an alternative class/es, a credit, or refund. Enrollment is dependent on availability.
A minimum number of enrollments is required for each class.
Should a class fall on a public holiday, you will be advised of a replacement class date.
Only enrolled students may attend courses. Les Petits Painters reserves the right to refuse enrollment without explanation, and we will process a refund for the specific situation.
We will only give refunds of course fees if the class is cancelled or a place is not available in the class.
Missed Classes
Les Petits Painters cannot accept responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent their attendance. Classes missed are not refundable. There are no transfers, credits, refunds, or make-up classes for a missed class due to a change in personal circumstances.
Enrollment Cancellation
If you choose to withdraw your child from the term or course up to 7 days before classes commence, we will charge a $10 administration fee. You may transfer the remaining value (fee paid less administration fee) to another term/class or student, to be used within 12 months of the date we received payment. You will not receive a refund for the term or course fee paid.
If you choose to withdraw your child from the term or course within 7 days before classes commence, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. You may transfer the remaining value (half of the value of the class fee paid) to another class within 12 months of the date we received payment. There are no refunds for the class fee paid. We also DO NOT give refunds, transfers, or credits once the class commences.
You may transfer the student’s enrollment to someone else (a sibling or friend) at no cost, but please let us know at least 48 hours prior to classes commencing. If the student is enrolled in a term or course and, if for any reason, is unable to attend a class during the term, the place for the missed week CANNOT be given to someone else.
